For Admissions in MBBS/BDS Institutions
The Council is pleased to announce that the MDCAT-2024 Examination will be conducted Nationally and Internationally on 22nd September 2024 (Sunday), through Admitting Universities of all Provinces, Islamabad and Gilgit Baltistan. The paper-based exam will be conducted simultaneously at all Centres/Venues. The details of the Universities and their venues are as follows:

- University of Health Sciences, Lahore (Punjab)
- Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro (Sindh)
- Khyber Medical University, Peshawar (KPK)
- Bolan University of Medical & Health Sciences, Quetta (Balochistan)
- Karakoram International University, Gilgit Baltistan

The test will be conducted simultaneously at all Local Exam Centres; at (10:00 AM) PST. For the test at International Centres will be indicated on the admit card.
- A candidate’s MDCAT result shall be valid for three years from the date of the exam.
- If a person retakes the MDCAT exam during this period, the person may use the highest attained result to apply to a medical or dental college.

The candidates will be allowed to choose one city/station mentioned above as per their preference for appearance in the Entry Exam. The candidates are advised to enter at their convenience to choose the City/Station nearer to their residence. City/Station once selected cannot be changed.

MDCAT 2024 Registration & Fee Details
The PMDC has announced the MDCAT Registration Fee for 2024 at Rs. 8,000 for candidates taking the exam in Pakistan. For international candidates, the fee is set at Rs. 40,000. Registration is open until August 19, 2024, with a late registration option available until August 26, 2024, at an additional cost. The exam is scheduled for September 22, 2024, and will be held across various cities in Pakistan as well as in international locations including Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The exam will be organized by Admitting Universities across all provinces, including Islamabad and Gilgit Baltistan. The paper-based exam will be conducted simultaneously at all designated centres. Below are the details of the universities and their respective venues:
