- FSC (Pre-Medical): Passed with a minimum of 60% marks and completed intermediate education within Pakistan.

- SAT-II: Qualified with a minimum score of 550 in each subject or a foreign MCAT/UCAT examination with 50% marks in mandatory subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Physics in a Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

- MDCAT: Obtained 50% marks in MDCAT conducted in Pakistan (subject result valid for three years, applicable for students who complete their intermediate education within Pakistan).
