For Foreign Graduates the following Licensing Pathways shall be available;

Licensing Pathways 1

1. Graduate of a foreign college holding a qualification which is recognized by PMC under List A of Colleges.
2. Holder of a qualification from a foreign college in List B of Colleges AND a Foreign License issued by a foreign regulatory body or country under List I of Countries. as recognized by PMC but have not completed a recognized House Job from a country in List I of Countries.
3. Graduate of a foreign college having qualified NEB Step III prior to 24th September 2020

1. Such persons as listed above shall be granted a Provisional License on verification of foreign undergraduate qualification from granting university, and if applicable foreign license from the issuing authority
2. Upon completion of House Job in Pakistan, the person shall be required to qualify the NLE (for Foreign Graduates) prior to the grant of Full License except persons falling under Item No.3 (NEB qualified prior to 24th September 2020).
