English-taught Clinical Medicine in China
In this guide, “MOE-listed” refers to the China Ministry of Education’s plan for universities recruiting international students into undergraduate Clinical Medicine taught in English. That is more specific than simply saying a university is recognized in China.

“Bilingual” can mean different things in different programs. The important questions are which subjects are taught in English, which are taught in Chinese, what language is used during clinical years and what wording appears on the final degree documents.

A China MOE English-program listing answers a China-side program question. PM&DC answers a Pakistan-side recognition and licensing question. One does not replace the other.
Before admission, check the current foreign-institution position, the rules that apply to your cohort and the licensing route you will need after graduation.
Budget planning comes after the route is verified
Once the program route is clear, compare tuition, hostel, insurance, residence permit, medical check, registration charges and day-to-day living costs. A low headline fee can be misleading if compulsory charges are missing.
